3-in-1 Servo Decoiler Straightener Feeder
The 3-in-1 Servo Decoiler Straightener Feeder, commonly known in the industry as the three-in-one servo feeder or integrated NC feeder, is an integrated core front-end equipment for stamping automated production lines. It combines three separate machines—the decoiler, straightener, and NC servo feeder—into a single integrated unit. The machine completes the full processes of uncoiling metal coils, leveling and relieving material internal stress, and high-precision servo feeding in one go. Matched with punch presses and hydraulic presses, it enables fully automatic continuous stamping production.

- Electronic Straightening Adjustment: The NLF series features an automatic system for straightening adjustment,unlike previous models.Which adjusted straightening with manual wheels.The new electronic straightening system is easytouse and allows for faster setting up.
